This song was originally part of the soundtrack for "Bloodsport." Only the single is available, as an MP3 download:

The reason that it is not available on SST is probably beause it is a vocal track. Instrumental version is available there.
Since the original Soundtrack already availble on SST which means it is owned. SO the only question is to add the vocal track here on 1980s.fm
