This is a 1988 re-release of the albums "Present Tense" (orig.1979) and "Tongue Twister" (orig. 1980) from the Illinois power pop band Shoes.
Interesting Trivia (from Wikipedia):
When MTV went on the air on August 1, 1981, the channel aired four of Shoes' videos: "Too Late", "Tomorrow Night", "Cruel You" and "In My Arms Again", making Shoes one of the first bands to be shown on MTV.
All 4 of the songs listed above are included on this re-release. |
