This is Tom Waits' second 80's album, and it's more of an experimental album, though still quite good. Highlights include the title track, "In The Neighbourhood," and "Rainbirds." "Frank's Wild Years" is also quite interesting.  Definitely off the beaten synth-driven pop path.  Please listen, enjoy, and don't forget to vote when you finish. Thanks.
