I own the vinyl album (safely tucked away in a box somewhere). I'm putting it in the Request forum here just for reference, in case it ever gets released on CD. It seems some of these tracks can only be found on this album (or Youtube of course).
Of these tracks, the vocal ones that would be a good fit in the playlist here would be tracks 2, 3, and 5 from side 1. Of the instrumentals, I like 6 from side 1 and 4 from side 2 that sound great and are from Toto and Foreigner.
For your enjoyment, I did a little digging online about each track.
Leo Arnaud "Bugler's Dream" (From Charge Suite)
The version of "Bugler's Dream" on this album is the original arrangement as played on ABC.
Loverboy "Nothing's Gonna Stop You Now" (Team Sports Theme)
Can't seem to find this on any CD album, yet.
Philip Glass "The Olympian - Lighting of the Torch"
Can't seem to find this on any CD album, yet.
The only Youtube of this track I can find so far is a goofy compilation of random "sports" images.

Without digging out my album, I stumbled upon the full credits http://www.glasspages.org/olymp84.html
(I've copied the info in case this link disappears someday.)
Edit: Someone I know found a download of a rare (suspect?) Japanese CD release (has a bonus 13th track). It sounds great, but a couple sound like they were lifted from the vinyl album. I probably shouldn't post the download link in this post.
