"The Gift" was the first solo album from Ultravox frontman Midge Ure. The album reached #2 in the U.K. charts. My main reason for requesting this album is that it contains the single "If I Was" (#1, U.K.), one of the most popular love songs to come out of the 80s, but many of the other tracks are also worth a listen.
